This course highlights the importance of having focused, effective leadership in developing a Balanced Scorecard. It also describes the selection of Core Team members and the activities that launch the BSC process.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • List the major activities that are necessary to launching the Balanced Scorecard project.
  • Differentiate between the roles, membership composition, and time commitment of each of the three types of teams related to the Balanced Scorecard.
  • Identify the attributes of the Project Manager and Core Team members.
  • List the information needed to identify the strategy.
  • Explain the purpose of the kick-off meeting.
  • Summarize the critical success factors in launching the Balanced Scorecard process.
