BSC 105: Workshop I - Align Leadership with the Strategy Map
In this course, you will learn about Workshop I: Align Leadership with the Strategy Map. In this workshop the Core Team presents the Leadership Team with the results of the work they have done thus far on the strategic destination, strategic themes, and the straw model strategy map.
BSC 106: Determining Strategic Measures
Your organization already collects vast amounts of data. Data without context, however, does not provide much information about whether you are on, off, or close to target. This course helps you understand different types of measures and their value as well as to focus on measuring the right data for your organization's needs.
BSC 107: Identifying Targets
This course shows you how to establish the appropriate performance levels for your strategic measures. Targets direct your organization on how to achieve your strategic objectives. You will learn what makes good strategic targets and how to set them. You will also learn about some of the traps to avoid as you decide on your targets.
BSC 108: Workshop II - Aligning Leaders on Measures & Targets
In this course you will learn about Workshop II. This workshop is the second of three working meetings with the Leadership Team. The goal of the workshop is to approve the measures that have been drafted, establish high-level targets for each measure, and begin the implementation discussion.
BSC 109: Aligning Initiatives
In this course you will learn the main purpose of initiatives, as well as why you need to find out what the current initiatives are in your organization. In addition, you will align your initiatives with your strategic objectives in your strategy map by using the initiative map.
BSC 110: Workshop III - Initiatives and the Implementation Plan
This course focuses on preparing for Workshop III: Initiatives and the Implementation Plan. This workshop is the final of three working meetings between the Core Team and the Leadership Team. In Workshop III the Core Team solicits feedback from the Leadership Team about the work on initiatives and the implementation plan.
BSC 111: Balanced Scorecard Reporting
This course focuses on the Balanced Scorecard reporting process which provides a framework for reviewing the measures that support your strategic objectives. When measures are off target, reporting enables you to review and adjust the initiatives that support your strategic objectives.
