Course Overview
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Communicate the importance of the leadership interview and its chronological place in the Balanced Scorecard process.
- Draft a straw man model of your organization's strategy to facilitate discussion and establish focus for the Core Team's leadership interviews.
- Develop an interview guide to create areas of focus and consistency across all of the leadership interviews, including revisiting Balanced Scorecard foundations.
- Collect valuable information from leaders by conducting effective interviews using best practice techniques and guidelines.
- Provide the Core Team with the process needed to synthesize information from the leadership interviews to confirm strategic objectives or uncover issues that need to be resolved in order for the scorecard process to move forward.
