- Communicate the purpose and value of Workshop I to the Core Team members so that they bring their best effort to the process.
- Recognize the impact related to where Workshop I fits into the Balanced Scorecard process.
- Synthesize the information needed to ensure that all inputs have been reviewed to build the Workshop I presentation document for attending leaders.
- Complete all of the logistical and material development necessary to run Workshop I successfully.
- Conduct the workshop and include all of the BSC elements to be reviewed and validated with the leadership team.
- Conclude the meeting by outlining the next steps for follow up along with assignment of responsibility.
